This one's heading to Tennessee! I hope he wears it in good health and enjoys his new lid! It's a 50X whiskey with a four inch brim and kind of a modified cattleman crown. He also chose to add a prison made hitched horsehair hatband from our inventory.

This was for one of our locals here in Livingston. It's a 50X bone with a four inch brim. We also put one of our hitched horsehair hatbands and a kangaroo hide stampede string on it. We sure hope she enjoys her new lid!

Howdy folks! Today is the National Day of the American Cowboy. My son and I will be over at the Yellowstone Gateway Museum talking to folks about the clothes and gear... and of course, hats of the cowboy. We'll do some basics of handling a rope as well. Drop on by!

It didn't matter what the day looked like or how tired he was.

He showed up for the early mornings, the hard conversations, the moments that mattered and the ones that didn't. He showed up when it was easy and when it was anything but.

That's what made him a great dad.

Yeah. I know it's not hat related. But I was on a fire crew for 20 some odd years.. And I cowboyed around since I was a kid prior to that Things like this cam happen when there is down time. Haha!
