Ironman 70.3 Hawaii has a way of humbling even the most prepared athletes. The heat, the humidity, the relentless winds, and the lava fields demand respect from start to finish.

For this race was about far more than a finishing time. She stood on the start line ready to embrace whatever the island gave her.

It wasn’t easy. The conditions were tough, the course was unforgiving, and there were plenty of moments that required digging deep. But that’s what makes Hawaii so special. It strips away expectations and reminds you that resilience, gratitude, and determination are often the greatest victories of all.

The island always wins—but if you listen closely, it teaches you something in return.

took on Ironman Jacksonville and faced the hardest race of her career head-on.

From cramps beginning in the swim to relentless muscle spasms on the bike and stomach issues throughout the marathon, the day tested her in every possible way. The heat was unforgiving, the pace wasn’t what she hoped for, and every mile demanded resilience.

But she kept moving forward. She kept smiling. And when the sun finally went down, she found another gear and pushed all the way to the finish line.

That’s the kind of strength endurance sports reveal—not perfect races, but the ability to keep going when things get hard. To stay positive, adapt, and refuse to give up on yourself.

Ironman Jacksonville may go down as the toughest race Ashley has ever done, but it also became a powerful reminder of just how resilient she truly is.

took on Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga with grit, patience, and the kind of mindset that endurance sports are truly built on.

From a swim that felt longer than expected, to rolling Georgia hills under rising heat, to a brutally hot run course—this race demanded respect every step of the way. And instead of fighting the conditions, Linette raced smart, stayed steady, and kept moving forward.

It may not have been the race she envisioned on paper, but sometimes the best races are the ones that remind you how capable you are of adapting, persevering, and finding joy in the experience anyway.

Lynette embraced the challenge, respected the course, and crossed the finish line stronger because of it. Chattanooga tested her, but it also reminded her why she loves this sport so much.

.thompson.tri crossed the finish line at Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga with a result that may not have reflected the race she hoped for, but it reflected something even more important: resilience.

Behind the scenes, she’s been navigating health battles that made simply getting to the start line a victory in itself. And when race day became harder than expected, she made the choice to keep fighting instead of giving up.

That’s the thing about endurance sports—sometimes the strongest performances aren’t the fastest ones. Sometimes strength looks like adapting, persevering, and refusing to quit when everything feels heavy.

Caitlin showed what real courage looks like in Chattanooga, and this finish line was earned with heart, determination, and grit every single step of the way.

took on the inaugural Ironman Jacksonville and crossed the finish line with one of the biggest smiles of her career.

It wasn’t a PR day, but after 8 Ironmans, she knows that some victories can’t be measured by time alone. The heat was relentless, the course was challenging, and the day demanded everything from her. Still, she kept moving forward with gratitude for the opportunity to race.

Finishing an Ironman is never guaranteed and Kaitlyn is a reminder that every finish line is a privilege. Sometimes the most meaningful races are the ones where you simply embrace the experience, appreciate your strength, and remember why you fell in love with the sport in the first place.
