I feel like September evaporated right before my eyes it went by so fast and I don’t even really remember what I did! Apparently I did get dressed at least 10 times though because I have the photographic evidence 🤣 I made myself a new pair of green pants, a long sleeve shirt and the cute red gingham dress so those all feature heavily in the round up as well as a colorful version of the Aria skirt, my Betty tee, Deb crop in raspberry, Diane Shacket and one hand knit cardigan! Truly pretty pleased with how many different hand made items I wore last month 🥰

I’ve been knitting a lot lately and having so much fun making all these little sweaters for babies/toddlers. I like to make up my patterns and just kinda see if it works out and it’s so satisfying in these little sweaters because it all comes together so much faster than when I trial it in my own size! 🤣
Anyways let me know if you’re in need of a baby sweater because I sure got a bunch!

Astra might even make another appearance to man the booth for me! 😜

This Saturday come find me at dear sandy for their day walker market as a part of their month long spooky Fear Sandy pop-up. There will be fun themed drinks, tons of spooky decor to see and a bunch of great local vendors selling rad things. 🥰🎉

Just got some more of this black and white linen/rayon blend fabric in so this cutie ruffle skirt is back on the market for anyone who may have missed her before. 😍

Every October since I started this little business I’ve donated a portion of sales to one of three wonderful humane societies my amazing Aunt has worked at and this year it’s Wenatchee Valley Humane Society 🎉 They are tucked up in central Washington and serve a large area of the state both as animal control, the humane society and vet services for those who need a little extra help. They are doing amazing work and I would love to be able to send them a little bit to support it! Humane Societies at their best not only adopt out animals to loving homes but can help transform a community by caring for every member not just the furry ones, humane societies can help keep families together when beloved pets are a financial burden, they can help with vet care that isn’t otherwise attainable, they can help connect food assistance resources and teach people how to be better pet parents and they can play a major role in spay/neuter services that is the only way to help curb the massive pet over population problem we have in this country that inevitably leads to animal neglect and sometimes abuse. ANYWAYS the point is I think an amazing thriving humane society can really have a profound effect on a town or entire region and that involves giving money(and time) to help support their good works! Go sign up to be a dog walker at your local shelter, check out what kind of cat cuddling help you might be able to provide, some shelters like help with things like cutting down large donated blankets into smaller kennel size ones, or do what we do and sign up to foster dogs who need a little extra help! No matter what thanks for being here apart of my little community 😘

August is my birthday month so I had lots of extra things to actually bother to get dressed for which was fun! Made myself some new things, thrifted a new dress and also relied on plenty of my comfy fall backs! 🥰

As is tradition at this point in September we give back to Jackson Street 🎉 they provide housing, training, food, mentorship you name it to youth in Linn and Benton county here in Oregon. They have been doing the work for 25 years, serving young people in crisis facing hardship in their lives. I encourage everyone to go check out their work, consider donating a little something and as always thank you for any shopping you choose to do with me this month that allows me to support wonderful organizations like this. ❤️
